Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sandhu & Aulakh Enterprises BC (Ltd.)

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing menus, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet high standards of food quality and safety
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Order supplies and equipment, managing inventory and records
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team
  • Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting and scheduling
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
