Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our Business Partnering team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and supporting the development of our Aviva Business Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial analysis and planning processes to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives and strategies.
- Provide high-quality financial information and insights to support business performance management.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business planning and decision-making.
- Communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders.
- 3+ years of post-qualification financial management experience, preferably in a P&C organization.
- CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of independence and visibility.
