Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial analysis and planning processes to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to ensure accurate financial planning and forecasting.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of post-qualification financial management experience, preferably in a P&C organization.
  • CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to empower and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Demonstrable understanding of financial, strategic, and performance management processes.
