Job Title: Building Operator

We are seeking a skilled Building Operator to join our team at Pioneer Thinking Consulting Corporation.

Job Summary

The Building Operator will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our shopping centre, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Work with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
  • Physical demands include bending, crouching, and kneeling
Working Conditions

The Building Operator will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
