Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Yellowknife Restaurant Limited Partnership.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing operational procedures to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of 16-20 staff members to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff and driving sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
