We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Outlet Collection at Niagara - Store 575. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and promoting our core values.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions and merchandise tasks efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in apparel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Aptitude for learning and adapting to new ideas, products, and technologies
