Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DKB Investments. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage budgets to optimize restaurant profits
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Recruit and manage staff to meet business needs
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
