Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
