Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Will train
- Or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
