Digital Sales Advisor Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their business challenges, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Contact prospects through phone and email
  • Respond to incoming web leads in a timely manner
  • Achieve and excel monthly sales quotas
  • Accurately record client activities in the company's database

Requirements:

  • Laser-focused and able to achieve sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a simple manner
  • Insurance broker level 1 license and willingness to obtain level 2 ASAP
  • Experience with personal lines insurance
