Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to join our team at The North West Company LP. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our customers.
- Hiring and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
