Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Head to lead our retail store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
    • Ensure store displays are visually appealing and merchandise is properly stocked.
    • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure customer feedback is collected and acted upon to improve store operations.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
