About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and numbers-focused Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in administrative, clerical, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable roles in an agency or professional services setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service as finance manager for key accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, aligned with client expectations.
  • Partner with project managers and account leads on client budgeting and planning.
  • Participate in accounts receivable follow-up and reporting as required.
  • Train Account staff on financial system processes, including time entry, expense and purchase order payment processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting in an agency or professional services setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude for financial and client reporting systems.
