Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tim Hortons. This full-time position involves providing administrative support to our corporate office staff, including tasks such as:
- Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Preparing financial reports and balancing cash drawers
- Providing exceptional customer service and reception duties
- Supporting human resources functions, including employee onboarding and contract preparation
- Performing various other administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
Requirements- Able to maintain a professional attitude in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent math and communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities
