Business Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Agaram Solutions Inc.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles and possess excellent communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Respond to telephone calls, relay messages, and handle electronic enquiries in a professional manner
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting people and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience
- Work Term
- This is a permanent position
We offer a competitive salary for this position. Based on the national average, we estimate the salary to be around $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
