Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Agaram Solutions Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Respond to telephone calls, relay messages, and handle electronic enquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting people and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience

Compensation
