Quantic Dream is seeking a Director of Gameplay Design to join the team behind our upcoming title, Star Wars: Eclipse. As a key member of the creative leadership, you will define and refine the overall vision for gameplay mechanics, ensuring an immersive experience that captivates players. Your responsibilities will include:

* Defining the creative vision of gameplay for our videogame projects, in alignment with the overall artistic and narrative vision
* Leading and inspiring the game design team, providing clear direction and a unified vision for gameplay
* Designing innovative and immersive game mechanics that integrate harmoniously with the narrative and aesthetics of the game
* Collaborating closely with management teams to ensure gameplay consistency and excellence across all aspects of the game
* Conducting in-depth gameplay analyses and user tests to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Game Designer or Game Director, with specific expertise in gameplay design
* Solid understanding of game design principles and emerging trends in the video game industry
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team
* Passion for video games and commitment to artistic and storytelling excellence
