Director Gameplay Design

We are seeking a highly skilled Director Gameplay Design to lead the development of immersive gameplay experiences for our upcoming title, Star Wars: Eclipse. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will work closely with our team to define and refine the overall vision for gameplay mechanics, ensuring an engaging and captivating experience for players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the creative leadership to develop and refine the overall vision for gameplay mechanics.
  • Lead a team of designers to create engaging and immersive gameplay experiences.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of gameplay mechanics with other aspects of the game.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of player behavior and preferences to inform gameplay design decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in gameplay design and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
