We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Montreal. As a Junior Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payments, coordinating fund requests, and providing financial oversight for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payments for construction projects, ensuring all invoices, contracts, and documents are accurate.
- Coordinate fund requests with partners and investors, tracking payments and ensuring everything matches up.
- Provide financial oversight, assisting with month-end close, working with budgets, and contributing to improving financial processes.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting or a related field (college or university level).
- Experience in the construction field and at least 5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
- Good communication skills and time management.
