Rôle et responsabilités

L'Analyste financier de CB Canada est responsable de soutenir la gestion du financement, la gestion de la dette et la gestion de la trésorerie.

Il est chargé de l'évaluation de la performance financière à l'aide de modèles financiers complexes et contribue à la réalisation de divers rapports financiers et d'exploitation.

L'Analyste financier peut également être appelé à aider lors de la construction de modèles financiers pour les projets de développement et pour les acquisitions.

Tâches


•Contrôle et optimise la gestion de la trésorerie en collaboration avec les comptables;


•Gère la dette, les engagements financiers et la relation avec les prêteurs, incluant l'information financière à leur partager en vertu des contrats;


•S'assure de maintenir à jour les modèles financiers des sites en opération;


•Participe activement au processus budgétaire et à la réalisation de rapports financiers et d'exploitation mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;


•Prépare des présentations et autres outils de communication à l'intention des parties prenantes externes et internes, incluant les rapports financiers relatifs aux investissements des grands projets;


•Rassemble les données nécessaires et prépare les synthèses des informations financières et d'exploitation des entreprises et sur l'industrie;


•Supporte le processus de vérification diligente, l'étude d'opportunités d'acquisitions et soutient l'exécution de transactions de financement


•Aide à la construction des modèles financiers pour les projets de développement et pour les acquisitions;


•Gère plusieurs projets simultanément et travaille efficacement sur une base individuelle ou en équipe;


•S'occupe d'autres projets / mandats pour le Directeur des finances et pour le Chef de la direction financière.

Compétences et qualifications

Exigences:


•Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires/commerce, finances ou comptabilité;


•Un minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience en finance corporative, en trésorerie ou de l'expérience pratique des processus de fusions et acquisitions et de levée de capitaux;


•Dextérité et connaissance approfondie des logiciels Excel et PowerPoint;


•Compétences en modélisation financière;


•Excellentes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles et communications;


•Capacité de traiter avec le personnel à tous les niveaux sur les sites, au siège social et avec les représentants des institutions financières;


•Bilinguisme essentiel.
