Customer Service Representative

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is a values-driven company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-contact resolution for Zurn clients and inter-company team members.
  • Collaborate with inventory management and sourcing teams to optimize problem-solving capacity.
  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with customers, advocating for their needs and delivering solutions promptly.
  • Manage customer needs and expectations from initial contact to resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on Zurn's product offerings and industry knowledge to provide expert support.
  • Exercise sound judgment and effective communication skills in challenging situations.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with team members and drive proactive touchpoints with team lead and/or manager.
Requirements
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in business, administration, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong working knowledge of product returns, shortages, damages, and financial aptitude for solving claims discrepancies.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and root cause analysis skills for sustainable solutions.
  • Experience with ERP and CSM systems, comfortable leveraging technology-based applications and tools.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to read and comprehend Zurn policies and procedures (English language) to ensure safety and the safety of those working around you.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for contributing to a collective team environment and setting personal goals that align with the organization's success.
