Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic support to our leadership team, driving business growth and employee engagement. Your expertise will help us scale our global operations, attract top talent, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute global strategies, programs, and initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic people and business advice to leaders, recommending innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop stronger partnerships with leaders, using your business acumen and HR expertise to understand their objectives and develop people strategies.
  • Support leaders in evolving their organizational structure, roles, career paths, and objectives to maximize business execution.
  • Make recommendations on HR initiatives that enhance team and employee success, based on market trends, industry best practices, and business knowledge.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree/Post Secondary Education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CHRP or CHRL certification an asset.
  • Experience identifying and building strategic cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the business.
  • Passion for high-quality service to the business and delivering exceptional support.
  • Analytically driven, with experience working with people and business metrics to guide decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a focus on innovation and learning.
