Job Summary

Namaha Transport Services Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing needs and preparing job notices. This includes collecting and screening applicants, advising on employment requirements and terms, coordinating interview boards, and notifying applicants of results. Additionally, the individual will supervise personnel clerks and recruit staff.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. You will be a team player with a structured approach, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role involves working approximately 30-40 hours per week in a permanent, full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify staffing needs and prepare job notices

Requirements

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development.
