Fixed Cost Analyst

The Fixed Cost Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting financial analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support business decisions
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform business strategy and operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Minimum ONE (1) year of Finance or Accounting experience
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or CPA designation
  • SAP accounting systems experience
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet internal deadlines
  • Ability to consider rotation into US-based positions
