About the Role

The Fixed Cost Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions within Mopar. This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis
    • Perform financial modeling and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making
    • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to support business objectives
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Support the development of annual business plans and budgets
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum one year of finance or accounting experience
  • Skills
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education
    • MBA and/or CPA designation
  • Experience
    • SAP accounting systems experience
