We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Rentokil Initial plc. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations and service management professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve operational and organizational objectives.
- Lead and motivate the management team to deliver results and achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of environments and key business indicators to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to the team.
- Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
- Develop and implement action plans to address problems and concerns, and to capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
- At least five to seven years of experience in a District Manager or equivalent level position.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
- Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Must pass pre-employment background screen.
- Valid driver's license/clean driving record.
