Job Title: Rope Access Technician

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at MXCN Labour and Cleaning Services inc. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cleaning machines and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, and renovations.
  • Perform routine maintenance jobs, including painting and drywall repair.
  • Install equipment and machinery, including industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts.
  • Work at heights, in urban areas, and in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification.
  • Suspended access equipment training.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Forklift Operator Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
