About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at MXCN Labour and Cleaning Services inc. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cleaning machines and equipment to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance jobs, including painting and drywall repair.
  • Install equipment and ensure it is properly maintained.
Requirements
  • Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification.
  • Suspended access equipment training.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Forklift Operator Certification.
Work Environment

As a Rope Access Technician, you will work in a variety of environments, including high-rise buildings, urban areas, and outdoors. You will be exposed to heights, noise, odors, and wet/damp conditions.
