Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Stanford Seniors Village. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals to patients
  • Transport patients between care facilities
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as making beds and maintaining patients' rooms
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
Work Environment:

Our nursing home provides a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
