Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Stanford Seniors Village. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding patients
  • Transport patients between care facilities, and assist with mobility and transfers
  • Answer call signals and respond to patients' needs in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, and perform light housekeeping duties
  • Administer medications and treatments, as directed by licensed healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and to perform physical tasks as required
