Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Financial Management
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Skills
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership or management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
