Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Spokesperson: Act as spokesperson for an organization.
Requirements

  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Database, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook.
  • Area of Specialization: Sales.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, team player, initiative.
