Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Crew Member to join our team at our Merecroft location. As a Kitchen Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation in our kitchen. You will work closely with our team to prepare and cook food to order, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep-fat fryers.
  • Read food order monitors or receive verbal instructions to prepare and cook food according to instructions.
  • Clean, stock, and restock workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for food preparation.
  • Receive delivery of supplies and maintain inventory levels.
