About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Compass Group Canada. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans by hand
  • Restock supplies and condiments in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
