About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Web Developer to join our team at Monet Marketing. As an E-commerce Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our clients' e-business websites, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
  • Develop website architecture and write, modify, integrate, and test software code
  • Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards, and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements and create and optimize content for websites using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications and lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls, and write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications
  • Manage incidents and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Asset languages: Chinese
  • Computer and technology knowledge: HTML, Java, JSP, Web service design, Python, MS SQL Server, WordPress
