About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Web Developer to join our team at Monet Marketing. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our e-commerce websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their website requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Design and develop website architecture, including user interface and user experience.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code using various programming languages, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required.
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize website designs.
  • Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to clients and team members.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
  • Create and optimize content for websites using various graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
  • Experience with web service design, including RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and other database management systems.
  • Experience with WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of computer and technology concepts, including software development life cycles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead multidisciplinary teams.
