Job Overview:
As a key member of the Laxmi Convenience and Grocery Store team, we are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail store staff in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, and authorizing payments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to supervise staff effectively, assign sales workers to duties, and hire and train or arrange for training of new staff members. Additionally, they will be responsible for authorizing payments by cheque, establishing work schedules, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and co-ordinating activities of workers. Conducting performance reviews is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Work Environment:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. They will also be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
