Senior Oracle Transportation Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) consultant to join our team. As an OTM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing all project tasks and outcomes linked to OTM infrastructure and platform architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Architect the OTM infrastructure and platform architecture, providing guidance to clients on system architecture and sizing.
- Design and configure advanced OTM Workflow Agents.
- Install and upgrade OTM platform components, including Oracle Server, Weblogic, Oracle Database, and OBIEE.
- Design and develop OTM integrations, data migrations, and operational and analytical reports.
- Perform performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Design and develop product extensions, integrations, reports, and other solutions.
- Support all formal documentation of solutions, including requirements for product extensions.
- Support all solution activities, including testing and verification.
- Collaborate with supply chain application teams on initiatives related to improving and/or sustaining critical business systems and processes.
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with interfacing groups within IT and across business boundaries.
- Education in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 full cycle implementation as a technical consultant using Oracle OTM.
- Configuration skills within the OTM Cloud.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle implementation activities.
- Demonstrated competency in technical skills, including Weblogic Server, Oracle Database, SQL/PL-SQL, Java/J2EE, Apache/Tomcat, BPEL, SOA, BI Publisher, OBIEE, and Oracle technology stack.
- Demonstrated competency in SQL query design and performance tuning.
- Ability to work directly with the Oracle Support and R&D teams.
- Demonstrated competency in architecting solutions using multiple software components, including Oracle OTM and other supply chain applications/software.
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
- Superior writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good facilitation and presentation skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Team player who works with a sense of urgency towards timelines.
- Adaptable and flexible, takes ownership, is transparent, and pro-active.
- OTM certification is helpful but not essential.
- Experience within an Agile organization is an asset.
