Job Summary
The University Health Network is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including word processing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for medical staff.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- Completion of a recognized medical or business post-secondary secretarial arts program at the diploma level.
- Two years of related secretarial support experience in a medical setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
