Job Title: Administrative Assistant Medical

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Medical to join our team at RE-STRUCTURE ORTHOTIC CENTRE.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files and medical reports.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large caseload.
