Food Service Manager for Quick Service Restaurants

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team at Gulberg Tandoor & Donair. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and lead our kitchen staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. They will also be responsible for training and developing the skills of our kitchen staff to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to deliver outstanding food service.
- Experience:
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar role in a quick service restaurant environment. They should have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, as well as leadership and communication skills.
- Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but education beyond this level may be preferred. The ideal candidate will have completed formal training or certifications in food service management.
- Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with regular exposure to heat, steam, and noise. They will be expected to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects on occasion.
