Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor Routes and Schedules: Analyze and optimize delivery routes to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all drivers adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Train and Develop Drivers: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our delivery drivers.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals: Arrange for repairs and rentals of vehicles as needed, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the requisition of materials and supplies, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Conditions:
