Wholesale Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Manager to join our team at Everfresh Processing.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Product Selection: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account market trends and consumer preferences.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Environment: This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
