Wholesale Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Manager to join our team at Everfresh Processing.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure effective team performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Product Selection: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account market trends and customer needs.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies to optimize sales and revenue.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support business operations.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
