Wholesale Operations Manager

Everfresh Processing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Wholesale Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wholesale business, ensuring seamless execution of our sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient execution of daily tasks and duties.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise Selection: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market research.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement effective price and credit policies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Supply Chain Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach our target audience and drive sales.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Staff Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support our business operations.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement.
Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard workweek of 30-40 hours. The work language is English.
