We are a dynamic and fast-paced bistro seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, service standards, and quality control.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, operational excellence, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Food Safety Certificate and other relevant certifications.
