About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at Sobh Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality installations of floor coverings, including carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and underlay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install floor coverings to exact specifications
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure a seamless finish
  • Prepare floors for installation, including removing existing coverings and contaminants
  • Employ knee kickers and other equipment to stretch carpeting and ensure a smooth finish
  • Perform direct glue-down and double-bond carpet installations
  • Install outdoor carpets and other specialized floor coverings
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Client-focused and organized, with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
