  • Evaluate shipments to ensure proper preparation for shipping and accuracy of accompanying documentation.
  • Work on various orders, including LCBO, VEW, Direct to Licensee, Out of Province Transfers, Estates Wines Group, and Non-Wine.
  • Pick orders while ensuring product integrity and damage-free condition.
  • Assist in warehouse cleaning and organization, maintaining a clean work area and adhering to routine schedules.
  • Record and report unresolved order issues not resolved by the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Store and/or direct all receivables to the appropriate person or place.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Forklift (Electric Counterbalance) Certificate & Experience preferred.
  • Quality handling of Inventory Stored and Received.
  • Accuracy of the Order Picked.
  • Experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment considered an asset.
  • Health and safety habits.
  • Achieving inventory-handling standards.
  • Achieving Order Picking standards.
  • Ability to communicate and work with co-workers in a professional courteous manner.
  • Inventory quantity control checks are documented and accurately recorded.
  • Meeting Warehouse plans and objectives.
