Job Overview

The Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting Good Manufacturing Practices.

About This Role

This is a 12-month contract position with the potential to be converted to full-time. You will work under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily inventory tasks, including count and reconciliation processes, identification of variances, and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and control inventory within our warehouses, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient operations
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement process improvements
- Analyze inventory variance reports, identify areas for improvement, and work with the Inventory Analyst to resolve issues
- Conduct regular counts of raw materials and finished goods, reconciling against SAP inventory levels
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation to support internal audits and external inspections

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent business experience
- 1+ year's experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse operations, finance, or accounting, or audit experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP computer tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, lifting, pushing, pulling 50+ pounds, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching periodically
