About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide top-notch services to our clients across multiple industries. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform software installation and upgrades, including staging and imaging
  2. Provide help desk support to end-users, addressing their technical queries and concerns
  3. Manage LAN and internet working-related activities, ensuring seamless connectivity
  4. Collaborate with 3rd party IT vendors to resolve technical issues
  5. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
Requirements
  1. 1-4 years of experience in hardware, software, and end-user support
  2. Demonstrate strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills
  3. Possess a minimum of a Diploma from a recognized IT program
  4. A+ certification and other relevant IT industry certifications
  5. Ability to work flexible schedules
