Aman Tiles is seeking a skilled Tilesetters Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our tilesetting team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tilesetting projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Tilesetting Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of tilesetting projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and Develop the Tilesetting Team: Provide guidance, support, and training to the tilesetting team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Manage Materials and Equipment: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for tilesetting projects.
- Monitor and Report Progress: Track and report progress on tilesetting projects, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
The Tilesetters Supervisor will work in a fast-paced production environment, with frequent interactions with team members, management, and clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
